STEM-Racing is a multidisciplinary technology competition where students aged 11 to 19 design and manufacture a miniature Formula 1 race car and manage their team like a company.
We are six motivated students from the Gymnasium Unterrieden in Sindelfingen, the Theodor-Mommsen-Schule in Bad Oldesloe, and the Max-Born-Gymnasium in Backnang, and are currently in our fourth season of the STEM-Racing student competition.
Our Race Car has been continuously developed over three years and, thanks to its high-precision manufacturing through professional 3D printing and milling, has very good chances of finishing at the top.
On May 22nd and 23rd, 2026, we won the German National Finals at the Audi driving experience center!
We are a team of 18-year-old students from Baden-Württemberg and Schleswig-Holstein, and are passionate about technology and manufacturing. Our goal for this year is to win the World Finals in Singapore.

For three seasons, we have been part of STEM-Racing, reached the German National Finals twice, and won numerous special awards.
Debut as a Junior Team. Gained first insights into the competition and fundamental experience at the regional championships.
First season as a Senior Team. Qualification for the German National Finals. Awarded the special prize for the best Corporate Identity.
Participated again in the German National Finals. Narrowly missed qualification for the World Finals. Special awards for Best Enterprise Portfolio, Best Engineering Portfolio, and Best Verbal Presentation.
We won the regional championships and successfully qualified for the German National Finals.
We won the German National Finals and proved ourselves to be the best team in Germany!
As the reigning German National Champions, we are preparing intensively for the upcoming World Finals in Singapore.
